Privacy Policy for Hex Drop

This Privacy Policy describes how Chris Zhang Games ("we", "our", or "us") handles information in the mobile game Hex Drop (the "Game", bundle/package identifier com.chriszhang.hexdrop). By installing or using the Game you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Hex Drop does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The Game does, however, collect or share the following limited data:

Purchase history. When you make an in-app purchase (e.g. coin packs, "Remove Ads"), Apple App Store or Google Play sends us a receipt identifying the product you bought so we can deliver it. We store this locally on your device to remember your entitlements (such as the "Remove Ads" upgrade) across sessions.
Device identifiers (Advertising ID). Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) reads your device's resettable Advertising ID to serve and measure ads. You can reset or limit this ID at any time in your device's system settings.
App interactions and diagnostics. Our advertising and crash-reporting partners collect aggregated information about ad impressions, clicks, crashes, and performance metrics to help us monitor stability and improve the Game.

We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera input, browsing history, health data, or financial account numbers. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play; we never see your credit card details.

2. How We Use the Information

To deliver in-app purchases and remember your entitlements.
To display advertisements that fund the free version of the Game.
To measure ad performance and diagnose crashes.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

Apple App Store In-App Purchases — payment processing for iOS in-app purchases. Apple Privacy Policy

Google AdMob — serves rewarded and interstitial advertisements. AdMob & Privacy

These partners may receive information described in Section 1 and process it according to their own policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. The only data leaving your device is what is sent to the third-party services listed in Section 3 for the purposes described above (ad serving, ad measurement, crash reporting, and payment processing).

5. Children's Privacy

Hex Drop is rated for ages 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Game, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Data Security

All data transmitted between the Game and our service providers is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS). Purchase entitlements are stored locally on your device.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally-stored data (such as your high score, coin balance, and purchase entitlements) lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its application data.

To request deletion of data held by our third-party providers about your installation, send an email to the address in Section 9 with the subject line "Hex Drop data deletion" and we will assist within 30 days.

8. Your Choices

Limit ad tracking: use your device's system settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization").
Remove ads entirely: purchase the in-app "Remove Ads" upgrade.
Stop all data collection: uninstall the Game.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Game after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
